From our small wedding celebration in Sayulita, Mexico after we eloped in NOLA

Location: From Upstate NY, but we split our time between Vermont (June - September and New Orleans (October - May). Yes, they are very different places - I’m a Gemini and hate the cold!
Favorite Part of Wedding:
ritual, connection, intergenerational shared joy!
Most Memorable Meal: Plain full fat greek yogurt with fresh local honey and walnuts at a sunny cafe in Lesvos, Greece, after feeling pretty crusty from an overnight ferry ride.

Or curried lentils and yak milk sweet tea, on the last stop of my trek in Nepal. The curry was made over an open fire and the Yak was 20 ft away. My legs were shot, and I felt like I was going to cry. Completely revitalizing. Yak milk has magical powers.
Fav Books: Shakti Woman, Anything by Tom Robbins, but especially Jitterbug Perfume. The unabridged audiobook of Stephen King’s The Stand is also incredible if you need 50+ hours of listening material!
Bucket List Trip: Anywhere with hot springs.
Best Live Shows: Khruangbin, Jason Isbell, New Orleans Jazz Fest Gospel Tent
Best Way to Start the Day:
Sunshine and stretching
Photo I wish I had: A really good one of my grandma June, and I
Hobbies: Camping. Slow dinners with friends. Kundalini Yoga. Exercising our very high energy, mischief making dog, Dolly. Gently guiding and infusing magic into my daughter’s life as she navigates the world as a small human.
Random Fact: I was in a music video in Nepal. I also have the worst hair cut of my life that I also received in Nepal.
